Siemens/Signia 3.0 Sleeves & Tips are an alternative dome that fits on the 3.0 receivers. The 3.0 Sleeves & Tips come in different sizes and styles.

These domes are compatible with the Signia AX, IX and Horizon model hearing aids as well as the Widex SmartRic hearing aids.
