Wall adapter for use with Charging Cable and HearClear Rechargeable Hearing Aids. This product includes (1) single charging port and is capable of charging only 1 hearing aid at a time.
To use, just plug the USB side of charging cable into the single port of the wall adapter, then plug the adapter into any standard US electrical wall outlet. Once the hearing aid is attached you are ready to fully restore the charge to it.
