"Since this was my first hearing aid purchase, I read all reviews for all models and decided to try the HearClear GO model. I had to call the office about how to turn it on after it was charged, because I’d failed to notice that the answer is on pg 6 of the manual. The manual covers everything. I tried different domes until I found the one that gave me the most volume. The volume switch can be toggled to adjust for surrounding noise levels. The device and charger are easy to use. The device is comfortably slim, almost unnoticeable, and not readily removed without direct force."
