You'll receive a $50 refund if they order within 3 months of your purchase. If it's after 3 months, you'll receive a $50 credit towards anything we sell, including domes, tubes, oximeters and hearing aids.

This offer is good on any hearing aids that costs $200 or more. All refunds and credits are processed once your referral is past their 30-day return period.
