Although wary of "behind-the-ear" hearing aids, I took a chance on your HCX product. Let me say that, "right out of the box", it works great! To a prospective buyer, I would say that its best features are - dimunitive size, efficient volume control, easy cleanability, 3 selectable hearing modes and a simple ON/OFF method; all of which have solved the problems of cheap amplifiers and expensive hearing aids.
